As a mum of three, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, she coaches the way she lives with intention, consistency and a long term view. Her focus is longevity, joint health, and building habits that actually stick.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. We work with complete beginners through to experienced gym goers. Every program is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.

  • We coach in person at TotalFusion Newstead and Performance Toowong in Brisbane as well as online.

  • Yes. Book a goal setting session with Tiae or Thiago and we will map out the right path for you before you commit to anything. You can also achieve a complementary Bionic Fitness EMS session directly through their website

  • You do not need a gym membership to train in our Toowong studio but you will need one to train inside Total Fusion.

  • That depends on your goals and your life. Most clients train two to four times per week. We will work out the right frequency for you from the start.

  • Your program is delivered through our coaching app. You get a fully personalised training plan, weekly check ins, direct messaging with your coach, and program adjustments as you progress.
